Who doesn’t love saving money? Saving money can now happen on your iPhone thanks to the work of a Toronto-based company, Clip Mobile. They have created an innovative solution to reducing coupon clipping and taking it to a digital scale.
iPhone users can download the free Clip Mobile app from the App Store. From there, Clip Mobile will find coupons near you based on your location, or whatever you’re searching for. All the coupons within their database are 100% legit–why? Because Clip Mobile goes directly to businesses for coupons. You will never have to bare the shame of trying to use an illegitimate coupon ever again.
Clip Mobile has been up and running for Toronto, so iPhone users in that city have been able to use the service for a while now.
I tested the Clip Mobile app on my iPhone in Vancouver, but unfortunately no coupons were available. Through a conversation on twitter, it appears the Clip Mobile team is still going door to door to build up their coupon inventory. They now have a sales team in Vancouver!
Kudos to the Clip Mobile team for launching their innovative coupon app for the iPhone. This will definitely save some paper and make it even easier to save money. Now only if there were actually coupons for me to use in my area I’d be a happy camper! 😉
