how? I have tried these suggestions and it is still not working. It says my user name or password for mail.shaw.ca is incorrect. Yet I put the correct into there

not true if used on a BB. I just started using an iPhone and the email client is not as smart as the BB one I’ve used for years. Definately one downside to this trial switch
