I have tried that to and still nothing…my serial is MC135LL/A does that mean I have the new boot rom? Do u think that would have anything to do with it?

I never have put my iPhones into Recovery mode when restoring. I just press
the Option+restore (or Shift+restore on PC) in iTunes with my iPhone plugged
in and it has always worked.

Everything runs fine until after I install custom firmware and my phone never reboots it's just stuck in recovery mode..

Any ideas how to fix? Please help!!!

is this a link to a FW made with Pwnagetool, or just a copy of the FW from apple….thats a pretty critcal piece of information not mentioned….

I've just upgraded from 3.0 to 3.1.2 with the CFW from http://www.felixbruns.de/iPod/firmware/ using iTunes, I've lost Cydia, Installous and Cycorder apps but I still have the apps that I've downloaded from installous. So I'm not really sure If I'm on an jailbreaked iPhone or not anymore and what do you mean by "Like if u need an activated or non-activated copy, Cydia, Stock boot logos, etc."
