New Apple Watch Pride Face Leaks in iOS 11.4, Set to Debut on June 4

Guilherme Rambo from 9to5Mac has discovered a new Apple Watch Pride face, set to release on June 4 at 12PM PDT/3PM EDT. The discovery was unearthed within iOS 11.4:

New strings found on iOS explain that the new face is “inspired by the rainbow flag” and that “the threads of color move if you tap the display.” There is also a placeholder image which will probably be displayed in the Watch app on iOS when you browse for faces. On watchOS, we found video assets used to render the watch face, so watch the preview at the bottom of this post and also instructions on how to enable it before the intended release date.

Every time you touch the screen, the face is going to move in a different way.

Here’s what the new Apple Watch face looks like:

The new Pride face has a release date as well, as per code within iOS 11.4, which says it’s coming on June 4, supposedly after the WWDC keynote.

9to5Mac previously discovered a Pride Apple Watch face was possibly coming, when similar hints were found within iOS 11.3.
