Apple Asks Developers To Prepare Full Screen Apps

by Mr. Ex on December 23rd, 2009

A report from Silicon Alley Insider indicates that Apple may have approached a select few App Store application developers and asked them to prepare for a January 2010 demo.

Apple has asked developers to prepare their applications for a full screen demo instead of the usual iPhone/iPod Touch display. Considering the words “full screen”, the rumor mill is at max capacity with Apple Tablet talk.

Apple has been telling some app makers to prepare apps for a demo next month, according to this source. “They’ve told select developers that as long as they build their apps to support full screen resolution — rather than a fixed 320×480 — their apps should run just fine,” our source says.

What do you think? Are we going to see full screen ports of our favorite App Store Apps?

I think it be cool to see some of these App Store games on full screen. There has been some video clips going around that show certain App Store games on the big touchscreen and was looking good!
