Does anyone know at what stage of checkout (online) do I add Visual Voice Mail? I don't see the option or pricing anywhere.

As a note about the $50 Telus plans, if you choose the texting option from one of the free promos, the texts are nationwide versus only local on the My5. Data is also nationwide on all plans.

I just went out to Roger's, Bell and Telus to inquire about their iphone plans. At Roger's there was a customer yelling at the poor kid behind the counter. I'm not sure what it was about but I just left. At Bell there was a gaggle of Bell reps mulling about in a group. When I tried to ask some questions, all I got was attitude; especially, when I asked about bundling. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Lastly, I went to Telus. There I got FANTASTIC service. The rep answered all my questions in a professional and knowledgeable manner. I was blown away. I'm going with Telus — customer service means a lot.
