There are two ways to find products using Arro. You can search by category, such as Headphones, and to narrow your search you can select up to 3 features that are “most important to you”, like sound quality or comfort. Or you can select none and search for the best overall. You can also select what kind of product too–for headphones that would be either Headphones or Earbuds. Additionally, you can select a price range, which is often the only way to narrow your search. Your other option is to search for a specific product, and Arro will tell you either yes, this is one of the best overall, or no, there are better choices. If no, it will show you the best products in your search’s category.
There are only a few issues I came across that prevented Arro from being really useful. The first is lack of content. For example, I couldn’t search for cell phones or Apple products. Another is the Arro’s inability to find stores in my area as any product it found for me was online on Amazon or Best Buy. My last issue is, ironically, that Arro indiscriminately uses user review scores to find the best products because the search results don’t make sense. For example, when I searched the video game category, Ratchet & Crack Future: Crack in Time was the best overall; but I’m sure a lot more people enjoyed Halo or Super Smash Brothers more.
