iBubbly, developed by nerdgames of Toronto, Ontario, is champagne on your iPhone. Whether you are celebrating an achievement or bringing in the New Year, iBubbly is great for all occasions.
The app works in two ways. First, users may celebrate with a virtual glass of champagne by filling their glass, simulating a drink or just holding the champagne. While this is great, the app truly shines when multiple users have the app on their iPhone or iPod Touch.
When multiple users are involved, one iPhone or iPod Touch is designated as the “Host” who is presented with a virtual bottle of champagne. The other iPhones and iPod Touches are guests with empty glasses. The host may now pour champagne into those empty glasses.
To get the multiple-user effect, the app makes use of Bluetooth or WiFi to connect the devices together. So long as all the devices have the app, everyone can enjoy some iBubbly for the New Year!
