Pokemon Home is a service that lets fans place all their Pokemon in a central place, saved to the cloud. As of yesterday, Pokemon Home apps launched for iOS, Android and Nintendo Switch.
“Pokémon HOME enables Trainers to take Pokémon from linked Pokémon series games, deposit them in Pokémon Boxes in the cloud, and move them around to other linked (and compatible) games,” explains The Pokemon Company International.
The company says if you link the same Nintendo Account to both the Nintendo Switch version and mobile version of Pokemon Home, you’ll have access to all your Pokemon Boxes on all devices.
You’ll be able to move Pokemon between compatible games and also trade Pokemon anytime and anywhere.
A Premium Plan for Pokemon Home allows you more features, such as the ability to move Pokemon from a Pokemon Bank, higher limits for Pokemon deposited and those that can be placed in the Wonder Box at once, and in the GTS, plus the ability to participate and host Room Trades and use a Judge function.
Premium starts at $2.99 CAD for 1 month (30 days); $4.99 CAD for 3 months (90 days); and $15.99 for 12 months (365 days).
