HonkMobile now supports monthly parking at Toronto Community Housing, allowing users to purchase a monthly parking passes for aboveground and underground parking spots.
The ability to purchase parking from your mobile device is now available at 206 Toronto Community Housing locations across the GTA, with additional lots being added in the coming months.
Honk Founder and CEO Michael Back said in a press release, “Our partnership with the Toronto Community Housing Corporation demonstrates how tech can work with community organizations to produce innovative solutions that help improve the lives of residents while furthering those organizations’ missions. This is a win for motorists who are on the hunt for affordable monthly parking in the city.”
Honk says it is “North America’s leading provider of both on-demand mobile payments and advance reservations for parking”, currently serving 800 locations and 150,000 parking spaces across Canada and the U.S.
Last month, HonkMobile launched support for mobile parking at Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport.
