TikTok Offers Four Month Apple Music Subscription to New Subscribers

TikTok is offering a limited promotion to new subscribers of Apple Music. The promotion sees a four-month free subscription to Apple’s music streaming service.

Those subscribing to Apple Music through the TikTok app on iOS will be met with the offer to gain access to four months of Apple Music for free. The offer was initially spotted by ApplePost. Apple has seemingly partnered with the short-form video app given its overwhelming popularity, especially over the course of this year.

The offer sees an additional month added to the three months free trial period Apple typically offers new subscribers. In November, Apple offered a similar promotion through a partnership with Shazam. Here, new subscribers could gain access to a five month trial period.

As ApplePost reported, the promotion comes by way of an in-app notification. The notification is said to highlight some of the TikTok playlists available through Apple Music then lead users to activate the promotion. Of course, an active Apple ID is required to take advantage of the promotion.

The offer is said to be running until January 4th, 2021. Like all Apple trial offers, a user can sign up and cancel the subscription before the trial ends and still have access to the benefits until the remainder of the trial has run its course.
