Bell prepaid brand Lucky Mobile has launched an app in the App Store and Google Play, offering an account management app for iPhone and Android users.

Following a recent soft launch, a Lucky Mobile spokesperson told iPhone in Canada yesterday the app is now available for download on iOS and Android. Lucky Mobile’s website explains:

The Lucky Mobile My Account app is an easy and convenient way to manage your account 24/7, wherever you are, right on your phone. Check your balance, monitor your usage, Top-Up your account, manage your Add-Ons and more – and best of all, the app is free and using it does not require data.

App Features:

  • Easily access your services – no username or password required if you are on the Lucky Mobile network
  • Register for Automatic Top-Up
  • Top-Up your account with a credit card, Visa Debit card or Top-Up Card
  • Monitor your usage
  • Manage your Add-Ons
  • Check your balance
  • Reset your voicemail password And much more

With Bell’s Lucky Mobile launching mobile apps for account management, it joins Rogers’ Chatr which also has apps for iOS and Android users. Telus prepaid brand Public Mobile does not have an app and neither does its other wireless brand Koodo (it was shut down in June 2017).
