Primus Expands Internet Speeds and Coverage in Quebec

Distributel-owned Primus Communications announced on Thursday it has expanded its internet speeds and service area in Quebec.

Primus has expanded coverage to an extra 71% of the province, while internet speeds of up to 400 Mbps are now available.

“We always aim to do what’s right for our customers and meet their growing needs. Offering increased speeds and expanding our internet service availability means that we’re continuing to put our customers first, delivering on our promise to offer an outstanding customer experience,” said Brad Fisher, Chief Revenue Officer at Distributel, in a statement.

In the “coming week”, Primus will launch mesh Wi-Fi pods for purchase, to take advantage of its faster internet service.

“With more Canadians learning, working and spending increased time at home, having reliable and consistently fast internet is more important than ever,” added Primus.
