Rogers, TELUS, Bell: New iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus Contract Pricing
When Apple announced iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, that also resulted in a price drop for unlocked versions of the ‘old’ iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus in Canada, taking $130 off the former and $260 off the latter, for 32GB and 128GB models only.
At the time, we wondered what updated 2-year carrier pricing would be for the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus, so let’s follow up on that.
For starters, here is last year’s iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus contract pricing, on launch day:
iPhone 6s
16GB – $398.99
64GB – $528.99
128GB – $658.99iPhone 6s Plus
16GB – $528.99
64GB – $658.99
128GB – $788.99
Below, are the new updated iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus prices from Rogers. If we compare pricing it too has dropped about $130 and $260 respectively, just like unlocked iPhones from Apple. The 16GB option is no longer available (finally).
Rogers (minimum $80/month plan)
iPhone 6s
- 32GB – $269
- 128GB – $399
iPhone 6s Plus
- 32GB – $399
- 128GB – $529
TELUS (minimum $80/month plan)

As you can see from the prices listed above, only Rogers has two-year contract pricing for 32GB and 128GB iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus models. Expect TELUS and Bell to have the same pricing on two-year terms, on a minimum $80/month plan.
Anyone going to upgrade to an iPhone 6s instead of iPhone 7?
