Rogers’ prepaid brand, chatr, has launched a new daily payment option called Day Pass, offering a couple plans for talk and text and talk, text and data.
Chatr says the feature is “new daily payment option to help you stay connected when you need it. It’s easy! Once enrolled, get access to talk, text and data for a small daily fee. Continue to use DAY PASS until you are ready to make your full monthly top up.”
Two plans are available for a maximum daily usage of 30 days:
The top up option “gives customers an affordable and flexible way to stay connected until they’re ready to make their full monthly top-up,” explains chatr.
“Our customers want flexible and affordable options, when it comes to staying connected, and DAY PASS lets them top up on their terms”, said Shailendra Gujarati, Vice President, chatr, in an emailed statement to iPhone in Canada. “At the end of the month if a customer isn’t ready to make their full monthly top-up, DAY PASS is an option that keeps them connected.”
Chatr recently introduced new branding a tagline, “Now, you make the call.” The company says the brand is about “giving customers more control and offering wireless services that are always on the customer’s terms.”
