Rogers and Fido Launch ‘Certified Walk-in Repairs’ Service in Ontario

Rogers announced today a new service is coming for its customers and those from Fido, as certified walk-in repairs are now available at 15 cities in Ontario.

The service lets customers book a repair time, as early as same day, at participating Rogers and Fido stores. Phones can then be repaired “within hours”, says Rogers.

These certified repair experts can fix issues related to batteries, screen breaks, cameras, audio, software malfunctions and more. Repairs come with real-time notifications to keep customers informed of the progress, plus come with a 90-day warranty.

Rogers says certified walk-in repairs are now available in select stores in Ajax, Brampton, Markham, Mississauga, Oakville, Oshawa, Toronto, Vaughan, Whitby, Hamilton, Kitchener, London, Cambridge, Welland and Niagara Falls.

Select stores in Barrie, St. Catharines, and Waterloo will get the service on October 27, while select Ottawa stores will see the repair service on November 3.
