Rogers has announced the launch of Express Pickup, which lets customers order a phone online for same day in-store pickup.
“Rogers Express Pickup is the solution that brings online shopping and an in-store, retail experience to life. It’s a quick and convenient solution that lets customers shop when and where they want, while still having the opportunity to work with one of our in-store experts to get everything set up,” said Anne Martin Vachon, SVP & Chief Retail Officer, Rogers Communications, in an emailed statement.
The service lets customers order a new phone online then choose the store they want to pick it up at, as soon as same day says Rogers, emphasizing there’s no extra cost for the service.
The offering joins Rogers Pro On-the-Go, which sees the company deliver your new phone to your home along with personal setup if needed, available in Greater Toronto Area, Greater Vancouver, Ottawa, Calgary, Edmonton and parts of Southwestern Ontario.
