Rogers has announced its WiFi Pods mesh internet solution is available to customers in New Brunswick and Newfoundland.
WiFi Pods work with the Ignite WiFi Gateway modem (XB6) and Ignite WiFi Hub to expand WiFi signals throughout your home.
According to Rogers, technicians will configure up to three WiFi Pods for best placement and performance, but also “add up to 3 pods at no additional cost to extend WiFi in the home for the following customers,” if needed:
Customers having an Ignite Bundle installed for the first time
Existing Ignite Bundle customers who request a service call through Tech Support, due to poor WiFi coverage in the home
WiFi Pods also start at $4.95 per month for a 3-pack for customers with an Ignite Bundle.
These WiFi Pods are not yet available in Ontario yet, says Rogers.
