
Looks like Rogers has started a new promo called “Get a gig on us”, where the following $63/$73 monthly plans get an extra 1GB of data at no extra charge, notes MobileSyrup:

– 200 anytime minutes (local)
– Evenings and weekends starting at 6PM
– Unlimited text, picture and video messaging
– MY10 Canada-wide calling and messaging
– 4GB data (LTE and shareable)
$63 2GB Promotional Voice and Data Plan:
– 200 anytime minutes (local)
– Evenings and weekends starting at 6PM
– Unlimited text, picture and video messaging
– MY10 Canada-wide calling and messaging
– 2GB data (LTE and shareable)
The above plans are available from October 1st to the 14th.
The move resembles a somewhat similar move by Fido, where it recently doubled the data on select monthly plans. Just this weekend Rogers offered another promo where activation fees were waived.
