Freedom Mobile has continued their staggered rollout of Voice over LTE (VoLTE) for more smartphones, with today seeing the Motorola Moto G6 Play and Moto E5 Play gaining support.

With VoLTE, mobile users are able to use LTE simultaneously for both voice and data, offering clearer voice calls with faster connectivity, as calls are routed over high-speed networks.
Freedom first launched VoLTE support for the LG G6 and G7 back on August 13th, which was soon followed with support for the Samsung Galaxy S8/S8+, Galaxy A8, Galaxy S9/S9+, LG V30, Q6, Q Stylo+ and X Power 3, and today with the Motorola Moto G6 Play and E5 Play.
Apple iPhone users are still patiently waiting for VoLTE, and if luck is on your site, it could possibly come when iOS 12 is released for the public, expected in the next couple of weeks.
