Shaw has announced today its internet and mobile offerings are now available at The Mobile Shop locations inside Real Canadian Superstore and T&T Supermarket stores in B.C. and Alberta.
“We’re working, learning and socializing more online with more devices than ever before, so everyone is looking to maximize their home internet value without sacrificing connectivity. That’s why we wanted to make it easier for Western Canadians to get the internet and wireless services they need at the same place they go every week for their groceries,” said Paul Deverell, President, Consumer, Shaw Communications, in a statement.
Earlier this week Shaw announced a $25/25GB Shaw Mobile plan for customers of its Fibre+ Gig internet plans. Shaw says this is now “one-stop shopping” for its services at The Mobile Shop, available at 52 locations. Other Big 3 wireless carriers offer a comparable plan for $75 per month, says Shaw.
If you’re on a Fibre+ Gig internet plan, it’s possible to get a 128GB iPhone 12 Pro for $0 upfront and $60/month with the $25/25GB plan, totalling $85 per month on a two-year term.
The Mobile Shop currently offers Shaw’s wireless products from Freedom Mobile, a relationship that began in 2018.
