Telus Agriculture Promises to Digitally Transform the Global Food System

Telus has today announced the launch of its new business unit Telus Agriculture, which will be dedicated to providing innovative solutions to support the agriculture industry with connected technology. It will optimize the food value chain by leveraging data to increase efficiency, production, and yields.

Telus Agriculture currently supports more than 100 million acres of agricultural land, backed by a team of more than 1,200 experts across Canada, the USA, Mexico, Brazil, the United Kingdom, Slovakia, Armenia, Germany, China, and Australia.

Meanwhile, Telus Agriculture has also announced the acquisition of global sales and distribution solutions powerhouse AFS Technologies and SaaS farm management platform Agrian.
