UK-based Opensignal has published its Canada: Mobile Network Experience Report, with Telus taking the top spot nationally in numerous categories:
As for Bell, the company tied with Telus in 4G Coverage Experience, while Rogers tied Telus in the Games Experience category and won the 4G Availability category.
When it came to provincial results, Telus ranked ahead of its rivals in Download Speed Experience and Voice App Experience.
In western Canada, Telus says it led in Video Experience, Download Speed Experience, Upload Speed Experience, Games Experience, Voice App Experience and 4G Availability tests.
The company pointed out it has “consistently won the Download Speed Experience category in every Opensignal report since January 2017.”
For tests based within cities, Telus won or tied 10 out of 11 awards for Video Experience.
“Earning this multi-year, international recognition from U.K-based Opensignal reaffirms TELUS’ position as the company that provides customers with the leading network experience, not only in Canada but globally,” said Darren Entwistle, President and CEO, TELUS, in an issued statement.
