Videotron has announced it has remained the top wireless carrier when it comes to the “best customer experience”, based on results from Forrester’s Canada Customer Experience Index for 2018.
This marks the third year in a row Videotron—which operates in Quebec—has won the top pick for customer service, as rated by customers.
Videotron highlighted their achievements in a press release this morning, citing how the company was also “one of the top 3 brands for customer experience across all  industries” covered by Forrester, and also first in Canada in the television category.
“Customer experience has always been the factor that drives Videotron to reinvent itself and aim higher,” says Jean-François Pruneau, President and CEO of Videotron, in a statement.
“Our 7,000 employees across Québec provide the best customer experience day after day. We owe this honour to them and I salute their daily engagement and hard work.”
The wireless company says its employees have over 22.5 million customer interactions annually, either through phone, the internet and other points of sale.
