WIND Mobile has launched device protection plans for its customers, partnering with Asurion Canada to offer replacement devices, starting today.
The WIND Phone Protection Plan can be purchased within 15 days of a new activation or upgrade, and covers all devices, standard accessories, batteries, chargers, SIM cards and memory cards.
“We are proud to support WIND Phone Protection Plan for WIND Mobile customers and for the opportunity to provide innovative products and services to carriers and customers around the world,” said Aileen Trescher, General Manager of Asurion Canada.
Next Business day delivery, in most cases, for service requests approved by 5PM ET
Enrolled customers will pay $7- $10 per month, plus a service replacement fee in the event they need to file a service replacement request
The ability to cancel WIND Phone Protection Plan coverage at any time with no cancellation fee
