Amazon says right now, “eligible Amazon Prime customers who upload a photo for the first time to the Amazon Photos app are eligible for a $15 promotional code.”

Amazon says “customers must receive this offer directly from Amazon through the Amazon website or email,” to gain their $15 promo code, which applies to orders of $25 or higher on products sold by Amazon.ca.
The limited time offer expires at 11:59pm PDT on July 31, 2019, while the promo codes themselves expire at 11:59PM PDT on August 31, 2019.
Amazon also recently launched a bunch of deals before its annual Prime Day shopping event, pegged for July 15-16.
