PlayAwake Allows You To Use Music Library In iPhone’s Native Alarm Clock Sounds [Cydia]

A brand new tweak called PlayAwake in the Cydia store that allows you to do something which Apple should have included in iOS 5 or even before that. The tweak lets you use any song from your iPod music library and set it as an alarm from within the native Clock app. Once you download and install PlayAwake, a new panel is added to the Clock app with options to choose between default alarm sounds or any song from your iPhone or iPod’s music library. This could really be one of those “must have” Cydia tweaks.

Once PlayAwake is installed, you won’t see any new icons added to your homescreen and there are no new settings which you need to configure. You can simply access and assign any iPod music library song to a desired alarm right from within the Clock application.

You can download the tweak for $1.99 via the BigBoss repository.
