Back in April, Apple updated their MacBook Air lineup with faster processors and a price drop for our American friends. The 13.3-inch MacBook Air from the spring update has hit the refurbished store for the first time (to our knowledge), available for $1,019 CAD.

Here are the specs:
- Originally released April 2014
- 1.4GHz Dual-core Intel Core i5
- 8GB of 1600MHz LPDDR3 onboard memory
- 128GB PCIe-based flash storage?1
- 720p FaceTime HD Camera
- Intel HD Graphics 5000
This same configuration today, with the RAM upgrade would cost $1,199 ($1,099 + $100). So the refurbished prices saves you $180 versus buying brand new. You’ll still get a one year warranty and be covered by the company’s 14 day return policy.
Let us know if you’re going to jump on this—these refurbs usually sell out quickly.
