Fix for iMessage Conversations Listed Out of Order on macOS Now Available [u]

Earlier this morning Apple released iOS 11.2.5, along with watchOS 4.2.2 and tvOS 11.2.5 for download, and now macOS High Sierra 10.13.3 is out as well.

This latest High Sierra update says it includes security and stability updates, while it also “Addresses an issue that could cause Messages conversations to temporarily be listed out of order.”

This is an issue that has been plaguing many macOS users, as Messages usually are slow to sync and never appeared in proper order. If you’ve been suffering from this issue, it’s time to install macOS 10.13.3 because the fix for this annoying bug is now available.

Update: Apple’s security document regarding this latest macOS update also notes it addresses the Meltdown and Spectre flaws, which are also available for OS X El Capitan users as well:
