New Apple Ad Says iOS 13 ‘Makes Even Older iPhones Faster’ [VIDEO]

Apple shared a couple of new ads today, with one of them touting how iOS 13 will breathe new performance into older iPhones.

The ad titled, “iPhone – iOS 13 Software Update”, was shared to the Apple UK YouTube channel. “iOS 13 makes even older iPhones faster,” reads the ad description.

Another ad touts the security of Apple’s Safari browser, now with limited ad tracking in iOS 13:

According to Apple, in iOS 13, “Apps will launch up to 2x faster than before and be smaller in download size,” adding “With iOS 13, apps from the App Store will be packaged in a new way that makes them up to 50 per cent smaller the first time you download them, up to 60 per cent smaller on average when apps are updated, and up to twice as fast to launch



Apple says iOS 13 is “faster than iOS 12” and features such as Face ID will improve, with unlocks “up to 30 per cent faster”.

“iOS 13 introduces a bold new look, major updates to the apps you use every day, new ways to help you protect your privacy, and improvements across the entire system that make your iPhone even faster and more delightful to use,” says the Apple website.
