Apple Adds 5 New Games to Apple Arcade’s Growing Catalog

Apple has just announced on Twitter that its recently launched $5.99/month game subscription service Apple Arcade has received 5 “extraordinary new games” today, which include Inmost, ShockRods, Stela, Mind Symphony, and Decoherence. Subscribers can enjoy these new games on iOS and Apple TV with Mac support coming soon.

ShockRods from Stainless Games features vehicular combat with a goal to win at any cost and cause maximum destruction. It has modes you’d expect to find on a shooter, like Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch and Capture the Flag. You can play it solo or with a friend.

Previously available on Nintendo Switch, Inmost is an adventure game now available on Apple Arcade featuring some great retro-styled visuals with modern lighting. The game offers three playable characters with unique styles.

Decoherence from Efecto Studios is a robot building strategy game with PvP combat across arenas, while Stela from SkyBox Labs is a cinematic platformer adventure experience with puzzles that takes you to the end of the world.

Lastly, Mind Symphony offers a blend of a few genres with a focus on music. Release mode has shoot’em up gameplay that is fast-paced while the Calm mode is more relaxed and meant for taking a breather. The game also supports Apple Music integration.
