Apple today sent out an email to customers inviting them to visit the revamped online Apple Store, as everyone is preparing for the forthcoming holiday shopping season. The new campaign focuses on gift ideas (obviously), and pushes Apple products: iOS devices, Mac computers, and the recently joined Beats products.
The new campaign’s tagline reads “From one gift come many”, suggesting how an Apple product such as the iPad can open up the door to new experiences, allowing users complete various tasks. Using apps built for that device, users can choreograph a recital, explore the North Pole, organize a food drive, etc., as highlighted by Apple.
The redesigned Apple Store page then emphasizes some key features the company’s products enable: the Mac is praised for its editing capabilities, with an image showing the Apple-developed iMovie (of course); the iPhone for its camera; and the Apple TV for its ability to stream HD movies.
Apple Gift Cards also have their spot in the new campaign, just like the Beats by Dr. Dre products: we see featured over-the-ear headphones, in-ear buds, and speakers, as well.
The Apple campaign also includes a Toys and Games section where we find the Anki Drive Starter Kit, Disney Creativity Studio Deluxe Stylus, and Parrot MiniDrone Rolling Spider among other toys.
Apple will kick start the holiday shopping season with a special Black Friday promotion, which is yet to appear on its website.
