If you recently were subscribed to Apple Music, there may be a special offer coming your way, in an attempt by the company to win back your business for its streaming music service.
According to iPhone in Canada reader, Jason, after cancelling Apple Music two weeks ago, a recent push notification showed up on his iPhone, offering “Get 3 months for the price of 1.”

The deals essentially means you get two months of Apple Music for free, while only paying for one month of service at $9.99 CAD. A large button says “Start 3 months for $9.99”, which works out to $3.33 per month.
If you’re going to subscribe to Apple Music for individuals, the best way is to jump on an annual plan at $99, then have it funded from your Apple ID account balance using 20% off iTunes cards from Costco’s periodic sales. This works out to $6.60 CAD per month–here’s how to set it up.
