Apple’s latest ‘Shot on iPhone 13 Pro’ ad highlights the iconic ‘chicken rice’ dish in Singapore, most notably made famous by the hawker stall, Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice, a favourite of the late Anthony Bourdain.

Everything was filmed on iPhone 13 Pro and using features such as Cinematic Mode, says Apple.

You can see the ‘making of’ the video ‘Poached’ below:

“Big ambitions clash in tiny kitchens, all in the name of Singapore’s beloved hawker dish — chicken rice. Apple presents a documentary about hawker pride and conviction, set against the backdrop of the famous Maxwell Food Centre. From the creator of Chef’s Table and director of Jiro Dreams of Sushi, David Gelb. Shot on iPhone 13 Pro,” explains the video description.
