Apple’s latest Apple Watch Series 6 and SE models have officially launched sales in Canada online and at stores, featuring the same design as last year.
Apple Watch Series 6 brings improvements over its Series 5 predecessor as it now can show your blood oxygen levels, plus the altimeter is now always-on, with the wearable now powered by the latest S6 chip.
New Series 6 exclusive colours include Blue and (PRODUCT)RED versions, to go with new watch bands such as the Solo Loop.

The Apple Watch SE, like the iPhone SE, is a lower-cost version of the smartwatch that does not have all the bells and whistles of its flagship wearable.
The Apple Watch SE is powered by the S5 chip found in last year’s Series 5 (and Series 4), but lacks the coveted ECG app and new blood oxygen app. It does have an always-on altimeter like the Series 6 but does not have an always-on display, nor 5GHz Wi-Fi.
This year, Apple has ditched the USB power adapter from the Apple Watch (it’s for the ‘environment’), only including the magnetic charging cable. Many expect this to be the same for the upcoming fall iPhones.
Apple Watch SE starts at $369 CAD on Apple.ca.
