Sony on Tuesday announced Season Two of Call of Duty: Vanguard and Call of Duty: Warzone, arriving on PlayStation February 14.

“Following a packed first season, we’re thrilled to announce Season Two, bringing more maps, weapons, game modes, events, and much more.

PlayStation players have a lot to look forward to, with major updates across both Call of Duty: Vanguard and Call of Duty: Warzone,” reads a PlayStation blog post.

Take a look at some of the new content coming to both games this Valentine’s Day:

  • The Season Two Battle Pass — 100 new tiers of content, four new weapons (KG M40 Assault Rifle, Whitley LMG, Armaguerra 43 SMG, and the Ice Axe), three new Yeti Operators, and more.
  • Nebula V — A new chemical weapon available in the form of ammunition, bombs, and more. Decontamination Station, a new portable Field Upgrade that momentarily protects against Nebula V (and the Circle Collapse) will also be available.
  • Armoured Transports — Can be found moving through the island, drop high-value loot when destroyed.
  • New Points of Interest on maps — A new Chemical Factory and seven loot-filled Chemical Weapon Research Labs.
  • Bomber Planes and Redeploy Balloons — Formidable air-to-ground strikers capable of leveling infantry and vehicles, and Redeploy Balloons for repositioning with your parachute.
  • New Game Modes — Caldera Crash for 48v48 Deathmatches, and Rebirth Iron Trials for competitive Duos.
  • Two New Maps for Multiplayer — Casablanca and Gondola.
  • Ranked Mode for Multiplayer — A competitive Multiplayer mode with 2022 Call of Duty League-approved rules, visible Skill Ratings, and new competitive rewards, among other innovations.
  • New Zombies Content — New characters, a new hub map, the return of Wonder Weapons, a new objective, a special Story Quest, and some side Easter Eggs.

PlayStation Plus members will receive the exclusive Season Two Combat Pack for free starting on February 23.

Players should also expect the new Arms Race game mode, new Store Bundles, Season Two Challenges, and a limited-time Valentine’s Day celebration.

Activision Blizzard, the publisher of the Call of Duty franchise, confirmed late last month following Sony competitor Microsoft’s acquisition of the game studio that the next three titles in the Call of Duty series will be available on PlayStation.
