Corus Entertainment has rolled out new mobile apps for its 38 radio stations, ranging from news to music.

Each app offers a unique experience that is tailored to the demographic of each station. The Corus Radio music station apps give listeners access to an interactive playlist of songs with artist information, videos, photos, and exclusive content. The app also provides users with concert listings and the latest music news.

The Corus Radio news-talk apps report breaking news and weather. The apps also feature an interactive map that provides real-time traffic information. All of the new apps allow listeners to connect directly with the station they are listening to and engage in real-time conversations with the hosts.

“The launch of 38 customized station apps builds on Corus Radio’s commitment to offer listeners the best-in-class mobile first experience to engage and interact with our stations wherever they are,” said Chris “Dunner” Duncombe, Director New Media, Corus Radio. “Our robust branded radio apps give listeners direct access to exclusive content, the ability to interact with their favourite hosts and share unique content from multiple platforms.”

Corus Entertainment’s 38 apps are available as a free download from the App Store for iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch. The links to each app can be found on each stations’ respective website.
