Back in 2018, Costco.ca started selling Apple’s iPhone for the first time, offering the first-generation iPhone SE.

Fast forward to 2020 and Costco.ca and its warehouses have added Apple’s iPhone XS to its unlocked iPhone line up, available for $849.99 for the 64GB model (Space Grey; Gold; Silver).

The iPhone XS launched back in September 2018 on Apple.ca at $1,379 for the 64GB model. Less than two years later and the price has dropped 38% ($529) to $849.99. Apple no longer offers the iPhone XS on its website.

The 2019 iPhone 11 costs $979 and has a newer A13 chip, but sticks to a traditional LCD screen, versus OLED on the iPhone XS, with the latter also a slightly slimmer design with smaller bezels as well. The iPhone XS also has a telephoto lens, while the iPhone 11 has an ultra-wide lens.

Other iPhone offerings from Costco.ca include:

  • 2020 iPhone SE – from $597.99
  • iPhone 8 Plus – from $599
  • iPhone 7 Plus – from $499
  • iPhone 6s Plus – from $329

Also, right now select Costco locations have Apple’s 2018 iPad Pro models on clearance as well.

Why buy an iPhone from Costco? You’ll get a longer period to try the phone out as the company offers a 90-day return policy on electronics.
