Google Maps Adding Where’s Waldo Mini-Game For The Next Week

Starting today, you can ask Google Assistant “Where’s Waldo?” and you will actually get an answer.

For April Fool’s Day this year, Google has teamed up with Waldo and will be sharing his location with Google Map users all week long. To see where he is, you will need to use the latest version of the Google Maps app on your smartphone, or the desktop website.

To start your search for Waldo, tap his face when you see him waving from the side of the screen. When you do, you will have the opportunity to look all over the world for him.

Google is also awarding badges for finding Waldo or any of his friends successfully in the mini-game.

The company has already rolled out the mini-game within the latest version of the Google Maps app, however, some users may not yet see it on the desktop version. So if it doesn’t work, for now, you can try again in a few hours.
