Huawei Uses Siri and iPhone to Tease its New Smartphone & Tablet [VIDEO]

Shenzhen based networking and telecom company Huawei has released a new teaser video confirming its upcoming new tablet and smartphone devices, which interestingly features an Apple iPhone and a narrator talking to Siri asking, “What’s new at this year’s MWC?”. The Chinese version of Siri then responds by saying that there will be “a new tablet with a beautiful slim design” with a “huge battery”, The Next Web is reporting.

Huawei is reportedly planning to launch a super-slim tablet, a multimedia tablet and a new smartphone at Mobile World Congress (MWC) this year. While the video uses Siri typeface flashes across the screen to show what can be expected form its upcoming devices at the trade show in Barcelona, it is ironic that Huawei’s all three new devices will be running Google’s Android OS.

Nevertheless, it’s worth watching if only to see Huawei try to poke fun at Apple and Samsung, the current titans of the smartphone industry. Towards the end of the teaser video, the iPhone owner suddenly asks Siri: “Wow! What are they Fruit or Some song?” To which Apple’s software replies: “No. They are Huawei. It looks like Huawei is ready to amaze the world again.”
