iCloud Shared Photo Library has debuted at WWDC, set to launch with iOS 16 on iPhone and other devices.
The feature allows one photo library to be shared with up to 5 people. You can share everything or just pictures based on people and start date.
The pictures can be shared as you take them and can be easily turned off. There will also be intelligent sharing suggestions. All people sharing photos will have equal permissions, including the ability to delete and edit photos.
The feature is similar to Google Photos and how you can share images to a shared library based on a person’s face, which can happen automatically.
