iOS 12.1.2 Reportedly Causing Network Problems for New iPhone Users
Apple rolled out iOS 12.1.2 update to address an issue that affected cellular connectivity for some iPhone XR, iPhone XS, and iPhone XS Max users in Turkey. However, a report by Forbes has highlighted that instead of fixing the problem, the update has instead expanded the issue to all models of iPhone across the globe.
A growing number of iPhone owners from North America, South America, Europe, and Asia have taken to Twitter and other social media to report mobile data loss after upgrading to iOS 12.1.2.

@AppleSupport @MKBHD @linusgsebastian iOS 12.1.2 update reportedly seems to have a serious bug. Mobile data does not load any site at all except google or facebook. Any work arounds ? Cant even book an Uber now ? Stone age is back ??

While there has been no official comment from Apple regarding the issue so far, the publication notes that Apple has already started beta testing iOS 12.1.3, although there is no word either on when it will be rolled out to the general public.
