The first iPhone 12 Pro Max and iPhone 12 mini pre-orders have reached the ‘preparing to ship’ stage.
“We’re getting ready to ship your order. We’ll email you the delivery information once it ships,” reads the latest status update. The next stage will be ‘shipped’, which most likely will occur on Thursday, ahead of the Friday, November 13 launch date.
This year, it appears Apple has ample stock of its latest iPhones, or demand has wavered, as a quick check hours after the pre-order launch still saw numerous models and configurations available for launch day. In the past, all models would quickly see dates pushed back immediately after pre-orders began.
While iPhone 12 Pro Max and iPhone 12 mini are set to deliver by Friday, Apple’s HomePod mini will set to deliver on Monday, November 16, the launch day of the new smart speaker–already seeing delivery dates reaching into December.
