Alleged iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus Cases Hit the Web [PICS]
As pointed out by 9to5Mac, alleged cases for the next-generation iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 devices have started showing up on the internet, with most of them looking similar to the current generation iPhone 6s cases. All the cases show a dual camera system on the 5.5 inch iPhone 7 Plus, suggesting that it will have a binocular-esque appearance of two camera iris holes side-by-side with a sizeable gap between them.
Another interesting thing in all the cases is the space for the 3-pin Smart Connector on the back of the device (see below). It’s unclear what purpose the Smart Connector would facilitate, though the idea of a next-generation Smart Battery Case with Smart Connector attachment has been floated around for a while. On the iPad Pro, Apple uses Smart Connector to enable keyboard case accessories.
The camera flash and rear microphone are also aligned horizontally, while there is no hole for a 3.5mm headphone jack, which is also consistent with previous leaks.
What do you think about the alleged iPhone 7 / 7 Plus cases?
