Spotted by the folks over at Mysmartprice, at least three new model numbers  – A1876, A1980, and A1993, identified from a recent MIIT certification are expected to belong to the 2018 iPad Pro. Meanwhile, a separate ‘Bluetooth Device’ in a listing that goes by the model number A2051 has also been spotted.

“These three model numbers have certification date of September 29, 2018, which makes them quite new in comparison to the previous leaks that carried model numbers from last year. We have also spotted a new Bluetooth Device with model number A2051 in the listing and as of now we are not able to decide what it is exactly.”

Previously, a bunch of model numbers has been successfully identified in various EEC certifications, but this is the first time an MIIT certification has revealed similar information.

Reports so far have suggested that the 2018 iPad Pro will have an edge-to-edge display with no Home button, will sport an A12X processor, an even faster version than the A12 processor found in the latest iPhone models, will include Face ID, and will be able to output 4K HDR video to external displays through its USB-C port.

Apple is widely expected to hold an event this month to introduce new 2018 iPad Pro models alongside the new Macs.
