Parrot AR.Drone 2.0 Battery, Gears/Shafts Kit on Clearance for $0.96 at The Source

Anyone out there own a Parrot AR.Drone 2.0? The model is ‘ancient’ by now, as it launched back in 2012, which is why some clearance parts available at The Source may interest those who still fly one of these quadcopters, which is controlled with your iPhone.

Right now, The Source has the 1,000mAh battery (sells for $64 USD on Amazon USA) and the Gears & Shafts kit available on clearance, for $0.96 (normally $30). Both these parts appear to be discontinued, hence the fire sale.

We reviewed the original AR.Drone back in 2010, and while it was fun, the quadcopter had short flying times and controls were difficult on the iPhone.

These are both out of stock online, but “limited” in-store availability is still showing at some locations, so you’re best calling a store if you really need some of these.
