Spotify Canada Promo: Free Google Nest Mini for Premium Subscribers ($69 Value)

Yesterday Spotify accidentally pulled the trigger on their free Google Nest Mini promo for Premium subscribers (the promo was removed yesterday), but as of 6AM PT this morning, the promotion went live.

It’s worth mentioning this promo again to ensure everyone can claim their free Google Nest Mini, as the offer is also available for existing Spotify Premium subscribers.

Spotify told iPhone in Canada in a statement, “Spotify and Google are thrilled to announce another exciting partnership – starting today, all eligible new and existing Spotify Premium individual, Family, Duo and Student (Premium Student in QC is excluded) master account holders in Canada can claim a Nest Mini as part of their subscription. For no extra cost.”

A Premium plan starts at $9.99 CAD per month. If you jumped on the previous promo your account is not eligible for this new offer. The promo ends on September 30, 2020, and redemption codes expire on October 31, 2020.

“A continuation of our partnership, this exciting offer comes at the perfect time as we approach Labour Day where users will be at home enjoying time off with friends and family. The partnership also expands upon the popularity of previous offers and is yet another way we’re making it easier for users to access music anytime, anywhere,” added the Spotify spokesperson to iPhone in Canada.

Existing Spotify Premium subscribers can click here to claim their free Google Nest Mini, which is normally worth $69.99 CAD (it’s on sale for $39.99 right now). Customers will receive a redemption code to claim their free speaker from Google Canada and instructions on how to do so.

Spotify offered the same promo last April in Canada, but that was for the older generation Google Home Mini. This promo is for the newest Google Nest Mini which has 2x the bass and also is wall mountable.
