Tim Cook Visits Japan to Meet With Local Developers and Coders

This weekend, Apple CEO Tim Cook has been travelling across Japan, meeting with local developers and innovators. Cook has been regaling the internet with pictures and experiences throughout his travels.

As reported by MacRumors, Tim Cook began posting on Twitter early Sunday morning. He arrived in Tokyo and posted a photo to commemorate the start of his experiences in Tokyo, Japan.

He later met with Masako san and Hikari san, two innovating developers, at the Apple Omotesando store which is the largest Apple store in Tokyo. He then encouraged his audience to follow their dreams, no matter the age.





Following his experiences with more senior coders, Cook arrived at the Apple Marunouchi store. It was here that he was able to foster a relationship with the students of Rikkyo Primary School. Noting the importance of coding skills, Cook celebrated Computer Science Education Week with a new generation of up and coming tech enthusiasts.

Tim Cook is no stranger to world travel. During his time as Apple CEO, Cook has gone to such locations as Canada, France, Germany, Italy, and a number of other countries to celebrate technology and meet with some of the great minds who are pushing the industry forward in many ways.
