Tubi Adds Fox Entertainment Titles to its Library in Canada, Including ‘The Masked Singer’ and ‘Name That Tune’

Free streaming service Tubi has added more than a dozen highly-rated titles from Fox Entertainment to its library in Canada, including ‘The Masked Singer’, ‘Masked Dancer’, and ‘Name That Tune.’

For the uninitiated, Tubi is a free streaming service owned by Fox. Like traditional TV, Tubi integrates commercial breaks every 12-15 minutes. Since its launch, Tubi has been amassing a larger library including movies, TV series, and anime. Tubi supports more than 35,000 movies and series from over 250 supporting partners. Users can also access free live news from local and national channels.

Now, Tubi is introducing a new wave of content from Fox, including:

  • The Masked Singer
  • The Masked Dancer
  • Celebrity Watch Party
  • First Responders Live
  • Flirty Dancing
  • Labor of Love
  • Let’s Be Real
  • Mental Samurai
  • Name That Tune
  • Sping the Wheel
  • Ultimate Tag

“Making these titles available, a number of which are produced and owned by FOX Alternative Entertainment, illustrates our strategy of combining the power of FOX with the reach of Tubi,” added Rob Wade, President of Alternative Entertainment & Specials, FOX Entertainment. “In doing so, we not only introduce these hit series to new viewers, but accrue meaningful value for the FOX brand and our content.”

According to a survey made by Rogers Sports and Media, Tubi’s launch partner in Canada, Tubi is the most popular ad-supported video-on-demand service in Canada. It has seen a 107 percent YoY increase in total view time from January 2020 to January 2021.

Tubi is available on a multitude of devices including Amazon Fire TV, Roku, Apple TV, Chromecast, Android TV, Vizio TVs, Sony TVs, Samsung TVs, Hisense TVs, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
