Twitter Now Lets You Schedule Tweets on the Web

Tweetdeck scheduled tweets

One of the most-requested features for Twitter.com has been announced, as the scheduling of tweets is now rolling out to select users to test.

“Tweet scheduling on twitter.com? Yes please! Starting today, we’re experimenting with bringing one of @TweetDeck’s handiest time-saving features into Twitter. Tell us what you think if you’re part of the experiment,” explained the social network.

To schedule a tweet on Twitter.com, users just tap the three dots menu, then click ‘Schedule Tweet’. From here, you can select the date and time you want your tweet to be published. Check out the video above to learn more.

Scheduling of tweets is a feature marketers like to have, to send out messages at specific times.

There’s no word whether this scheduling feature will make its way to Twitter’s iOS, Mac and Android apps, but we’ve reached out to Twitter for comment and will update this post accordingly.
